Corruption Has No Place In Our Future, And Young People Must Be Part Of The Fight!

on 28th October 2026, Transparency & Accountability Lab (TAL) conducted Youth Governance Sessions at Batoka Secondary School in collaboration with the Ministry of Education and the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC).

The sessions provided a platform to engage learners on good governance, transparency, accountability, the fight against corruption, and the importance of young people actively participating in governance processes.

Young people are not just leaders of tomorrow. They are citizens of today, with a voice, a role, and a responsibility to demand accountability and help shape their communities.

Through the Activating Youth Voices for Accountability Project, funded by the European Union and supported by ActionAid Zambia, TAL continues to empower young people to speak up, question constructively, reject corruption, and become active champions of accountability.

An informed youth is an empowered youth. A youth that demands accountability helps build a better Zambia.
